Outbound Sales Agent – Night Shift (Cape Town)

As 70% of their customers are Americans, Expat Explore need staff in Cape Town who are available to work during the US daytime hours. The working hours for this position are from 7pm to 3am, Monday to Friday.

The primary responsibility of the sales representative is to sell Expat Explore products.

This includes addressing customer inquiries, providing product information, and following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. The sales representative will also provide customer input to the marketing and sales teams.

Essential Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Time-management and organizational skills
• Target driven
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with CRM practices
